These Terms of Service constitute an agreement between you and NundaFoto, represented
by Vincent Richard. In this agreement, "we," "us," and "our" refer to NundaFoto and/or
its delegates; "you" and "your" refer to you and to anyone who you allow to use your
account; and "contribution" and "contributions" refers to any photograph, article,
critique, comment, message, or rating that you have submitted to NundaFoto.
By accessing or using this web site, currently located at www.nundafoto.net (the "Site"),
you agree to be bound to the following Terms and to our Privacy
Policy. Please read both documents carefully and often as they are subject to change.
Your continued use of the Site after the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions
constitutes acceptance of the changes. If You do not agree to these Terms and Conditions,
do not use the Site.
YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
You must provide correct information in all of the required fields of the registration
form. If we feel that your registration information is incomplete or inaccurate, then
we may suspend your account until the information is corrected, or we may terminate
your account. Only one account per user is permitted.
If you are under 13 years old, then your parents must consent to your registering with

MEMBER CONDUCT

and not NundaFoto, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post,

You retain copyright to contribution uploaded to the Site. By submitting any contribution
to NundaFoto, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual right to reproduce that contribution
on NundaFoto and to edit or alter it as needed. You also grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual
right to reproduce such contribution on other sites on the World Wide Web for the purpose
of promoting NundaFoto. You grant Us the right to edit, modify, quote, or reformat uploaded
images and text, including the right to include advertisements and hyperlinks. You grant
other readers the right to quote your material in their own postings on the Site.
You must treat other users with civility and respect, even if you do not receive civility
and respect in return. You must follow instructions from us regarding appropriate
behavior and etiquette. You should report breaches of civility and respect to the
NundaFoto administrators.
You agree that we may suspend or terminate your account, at any time and without notice,
if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit
of these Terms of Service, or for any other reason. You agree that we may delete any of
your contributions that we believe to be offensive, repugnant, or inappropriate in any
other way.
Material that is illegal for us to reproduce is not permitted and will be removed.
Should any of your contributions be deemed illegal by any law having jurisdiction over
you, then our Privacy Policy will cease to apply, and we will supply all necessary
information to the proper authorities.
